    I like to climb stairs. My mom won't let me do that in the house cause she is worried I will weaken the stair banister by constantly hanging on to it climbing up and down the stairs. I like to climb stairs on vacations. I will usually go up and down the hotel stairs over and over again.

    My most frequent choices of recent are swinging around sledgehammers (5lb each) or a length of rebar (10lb), walking up stairs 3 at a time, standing on one foot until pain sets in then switch feet for 5 reps and doing Wim Hof Breathing.

    I do an HIIT session for 45 minutes. Usually stairclimber, bike or elliptical. Then lift for 45 minutes. Usually supersets and compound exercises. Then I stretch and cool down for 10-15. I try to go 4 times a week.

    My legs was always my favourite. Warm up with treadmill and stretching, doing sets on leg extensions, hamstring curls, hip abductions, kettlebell squats and cooling down with treadmill again.

    I like to train with weights to increase maximal strength

    squat, bench press, deadlift, military press, dumbell row, dip, chin up, hip thrust etc.

    Pushups... I do 250 pushups a day and my body is pretty defined because of it. It's a full body workout. It literally uses most muscles in the body.

    I love my leg/back/glutes day at the gym. As far as cardio goes it’s walking (preferably with my dog), or hardcore sex with my man lol
