Am I the only one that's old school and prefers a good old fashioned run or cardio as exercise? Sheesh, lol.
I like to run because I get that runner's high from it, that and I love how it feels pushing myself, even if I do a light jog. Plus, for me at least, it helps with weight loss. I also do strength training, but I don't get that same high from it as running or jogging at a good pace.
I miss running! That runners high was the best
Erging. Because I’m a rower and I get to use my whole body. I also feel very tired after this workout
Zumba Dance workout
About a 20:00 to 40:00 drum solo.
It uses my entire body in one shot!! And, I really miss being on stage and playing for people!!
Otherwise, a fun swim in the pool for a few hours, maybe a game of secret underwater I. T..

I love ruck marches (since I do at least one a week), but old school Tony Horton P90x (the first one) I think is a really fun trip down memory lane
I’ve followed a walking program for about three years now and it’s great. 😊
I like exercises such as swimming, jogging/running, cycling & hiking because I end up with a healthier heart.
Lately I’ve been signing up for different classes at my gym. So far the spin class has been my favorite. It’s really fun. They play good music and it was a hell of a workout
Yoga good for flexibility and cardio good for bed room action.
I like stair climbing cause the results are fast and it stimulates my endorphins faster.
Oh I love this question... I do 20 miles a day on the stair climber at max speed. It's a killer workout and shreds fat like you wouldn't believe.
