I do it every year. Brush teeth twice a day electrically, use a little brush to go in between my teeth to remove the last remains.
Works pretty well, have had no more holes for 30+ years :D

Yes, I go to a hygienist for a routine cleaning every 6 months.

As for my cleaning routine, I use an electric toothbrush. I use mouth rinse twice a day and I floss every night.

I brush first off with Sensodyne, then, I brush with soap because soap has certain ingredients that toothpaste doesn't have that help whiten teeth, and then I use Listerine.
