Yes. Mouthwash increases remineralization of enamel. Toothpaste alone does it as well but mouthwash disinfects and contains additional fluoride.
Fluoride refiles mineral structure of damaged enamel caused by acids which come with food or are produced by mouth bacteria. It's smart to invest $5 all three months for mouthwash to avoid lot of costs and pain later.

I use warm salt water. More than one of my dentists have recommended that over mouthwash.. no chemicals.

I use it every morning and night. My mouth doesn't feel clean unless I use mouthwash
