Mouthwash INSTEAD of toothpaste (to fend off bacteria).

I don't see the point of grinding off what's left of my teeth.

Dentist industry is a lie in general: you can't cheat nature; you only can cheat the eyes and minds of others.

I once used to apply the full program: t'paste, dental floss, mouth wash, dentist visits...

guess what: my teeth still decided to become older :)

1. I brush my teeth with my regular toothbrush & toothpaste before breakfast.

2. I brush my teeth with my electric toothbrush & toothpaste after breakfast.

3. I floss in between my teeth and thoroughly gargle & rinse with mouthwash after lunch.

4. Before going to bed, I brush my teeth with my electric toothbrush & toothpaste and thoroughly gargle & rinse with mouthwash afterwards.

I don't use mouthwash much. I suspect it adversely affects the mouth flora. More of a brusher and flosser.

You only have to brush your teeth once a day.

Everytime you eat then you floss and wash your mouth.

If I don't have mouthwash available then I brush my teeth.

I rinse my mouth out with water first, then floss ( thanks to @electromagnetic ) and finally brush with my electric toothbrush twice a day.

Hello, any particular reason you floss before brushing? I ask this because every time I've gotten my teeth cleaned at the dentist they have flossed after brushing.

@RickyRage a lot of people including myself feel that brushing doesn’t get all the stuff between the teeth. By flossing first, I know the middles are done then I can go in and brush my whole mouth before mouthwash.
If I brush first, I’ve pretty much completed the job only to add more cleaning to the job by flossing since flossing will remove the debris between my teeth then keep it in my mouth. Then I basically have to brush again.

I don’t even know if I’m explaining it correctly 😆
