If a colony composed of 700-800 blonde people from Norway has moved to Central Africa and they are only allowed to have marriages only inside the colony, what will happen to their descendants centuries later? Will they become brunette or black? Or remain the same?

In the absence of sunscreen or other sun block, one *possible* outcome is that their descendents would eventually become dark skinned. But that is a small population, with little genetic variety. The driving factor is that any mutation or variation that reduced sunburn would make that child do better than the others (on average), but other outcomes are possible.

Nope, black and white people have much more difference. It is about common ancestor. White people have Cro-magnon-Neanderthal admixtures. Blacks have pure sapiens ancestors. You can explain skin color but what about more angular white face?
