I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 150lbs. I've come to realize that I'm not going to drop inches unless I change my diet. I'm kind of at a rough place in life right now; I just ended a 2 year relationship and am temporarily living with my parents again. Running is a great way to relieve stress for me but unfortunately, so is eating, lol. I've eaten so much ice cream and Chinese food since the breakup. And I haven't really had the motivation to cook. But I think if I had healthy snacks laying around the house, or something easy I could fix up quick, it would help me stay on track.
So what are your suggestions? :)
