Protein and creatine are ok, although a heathy natural food program is a lot better. Everthing hormone linked will trigger possible cancer cells in your body on short or long term scale. Get away from them.

you can really take as many as you like. its very important though that you drink a lot of water during the day. expecially on creatine, you need to be extremely hydrated for it to work.
Woah, you're way overboard dude. All you really need are protein powder, vitamins. That's it. Maybe fish oil and creatine.
