I'm 5'7" and 121. I'm slim and have a small bone structure, but it's a good weight for me. Depending on your bone structure, I'd say you should be anywhere from 110 to 120 lbs, ideally. But remember that body composition is more important than weight. You can be a low weight but flabby. Before I got dedicated to fitness I was 115 lbs, yet I had a larger waist and I looked softer than I do now even though I'm 6 pounds heavier on the scale.

It all depends on your muscle/fat ratio. Have that measured. I am 5'5" and weigh 134 lbs and I am not fat.

There is two different 131 pound women. There is the one who is fit and muscular then there is the coach potato one.
Not sure, I'm bad with numbers. Could you post a picture (doesn't have to be you) of what you look like? A picture of a body that is about the same look?

On the upper end of healthy weight BMI-wise, certainly try not to gain the lost weight back.
Does not sound like you are fat and the fact that you are making an effort, sounds good to me!

You could be thick in all the right places, for some, and a little much for most
But At the end of the day: If you aren't happy with the size you are for your height, make sure you lose weight FOR YOU.id have to see a pic... you can be 131 lb of pure fat, or you can be 131 lb of muscle... the number itself doesn't mean as much as what its made up of
