Honestly, you look great, you're not the slightest bit overweight, much less obese. Strictly objectively speaking -- you do look "skinny-fat" -- thin people who aren't overweight but have a higher percentage of body fat than they might desire and therefore may not have as much muscle tone as they want. If you feel "chubby", look at your diet - what you're eating, and how much, and your activity level. You may want to reevaluate both to get more tone and feel less "chubby".
