So I've been working on losing weight since the end of June, I've been working out, using body project videos on youtube, and changing my diet drastically. I used to eat stuff like cream of wheat or oatmeal (cuz i thought it was healthy), bread, bagels, etc. Now I have a very low carb-high fat & protein diet. I eat mainly veggies, meat like chicken, pork, and salmon, nuts, and fruits. So yea, its been challenging, depressing, and well.. just a crazy ride for a 16 year old so far! So towards the end of the school year, I was around 192 lbs, I am now 170 lbs , 5'6. I've been excising this entire time but my thunder thighs are still there, I'm not really sure if my thighs have gotten smaller but I have noticed that my calves have become firmer, like a lot. I know that I have to be patient with weight loss, but if I have started seeing change in my calves, how long till I can see change in my thunder thighs?
