So, I've been overweight for a while now, and I hate it. Most of my fat is in my stomach and upper thighs, so I have an apple body shape. I've been insecure about the stomach area and thighs. I haven't weighed myself in a while, but ita somewhere in the upper 160's. But I'm not a complete couch potato. I take walks where I sprint at least everyday twice. Because of this, I've improved my health and it helped me gain strength in my lengths and respiratory area. The problem is that I have trouble losing weight. It's very hard for me. Losing a pound is am achievement, but I always gain it back. The worse part is that whenever I ear a lot, my stomach just gets really big and I look super fat. I think the main problem with my weight loss is my diet. It's not terrible, but it could use improvement (I'd give I a C+) So basically, I just need help with how to improve my diet since I have the exercise part down, but I do need to do a bit more.
