You're constantly putting yourself down. Look in the mirror. If you don't like what you see, grab your gym bag & get in the car.
Once you're there it's not so bad.

Is there a picture of something someone you like or want to be? I have 2. I'd share but their on my hard drive.

You can do what i did, pay around 200+ dollars for crossfit or gym, see it as an inversion with a big return in the future, the more you invest the less you will quit
