Face rash I can't seem to make disappear?

Basically this sort of "rash" appeared on my face, neck, and ears a couple of days ago. It's not particularly itchy or painful, however my main concern is that school is starting and I can't seem to make it go away. It's basically just lots of really tiny flesh colored bumps (not bug bites or acne) that leaves my skin textured and rough. I've searched the Internet with no luck as to what this is it or how to treat it. Any advice? I'm pretty desperate at this point...

Accept it :-)
You're body will change all over your life and you have to embrace all those change. Don't worry, rash is not as ugly as you think. some can be mean, some young boys especially but be sure that lot of the time they say what they want their friends to be acceptable instead of what they really think.

Later in your life, you may have kids, you may have saggy breast, stretch marks, love handles and you'll have to embrace all those things as well.

Set you're mind right now that YOU LOOK AWESOME and don't pay attention at what others could say about you :-)
