Help! Red skin that appears dry around my nose and around my mouth/chin will NOT go away?

Even when my skin isn't dry and I apply moisturizer it will NOT go away. This is so frustrating. Please tell me someone has experienced this or knows a cure. I stopped washing my face with soap and am currently just using water, this has seemed to help a small amount. Anyone have ANY ideas that could help me? here's a picture that looks about the same as my skin condition except more red.

Don't just use water. That dehydrates it even more (surprisingly). Use soap again, but try a different product, you could be allergic.

It could just be from the cold. Mix oats with coconut oil and scrub your face with it. It will help remove dead skin and moisturise.

Go to a dermatologist. And you should use soap to wash your face since you need to clean and water alone won’t do that.

Could be a sun burn/frost bite, I'd reccomend going to a doctor just to be safe though.

Look for a dermatologist, i think it might be psoriasis, wich is a chronic disease
