Im thinking of going gluten free for health reasons, I was just wondering if anyone is on a gluten free diet could you share any tips and advice.
I'm not but my mother is. Biggest advice I'd give is don't try to make naturally gluten items (i. e. bread) be the same. It's very difficult to mimic gluten. Usually the results are unsatisfying. If instead you learn to enjoy foods that don't naturally require gluten (i. e. flourless chocolate cake) you'll not be reminded to miss it :) good luck on your diet by the way
