Don't eat a shit ton of fast food and sugar, change your pillowcase every night, don't touch your face, don't masturbating a million times a day, put ice or red eye drops on it to ease inflammation, pop those things white heads look nasty. Exfoliate it helps also

girl I'm having the same problem, them damn pimples just won't go away! I will buy benzac tomorrow (i don't know if that's the name in the usa) but it's a face washer for sensitive skin with acne, it's amazing and in about a week or less your skin don't have any pimples!

I know right it's so annoying as they come from nowhere! Oh really, I use oxy10 but sometimes it stops working the more I use it.
