Are there any types of food that cure mood swings /PMS?

Before my period I get really bad mood swings and I feel depressed. Is there anything that can ease this?

I don't know about "cure" but certain foods do seem to help. Coco nibs and grapes/raisins really helped my ex. They are high in polyphenols and the reason a lot of women crave chocolate and wine during their periods. I would urge you to eat less alcohol and sugar though, they tend to make mood swings worse. Instead whole foods like coco nibs and grapes/raisins, and more whole fruits and veggies in general.

Usually ice cream with cartoons or a good serving of chocolate cake does the trick for me. Its all about your own personal favourites really :)

I always enjoy chocolate before my period, I don't feel it really does much to help with those things but it's a nice little treat
