Ozempic is too much expensive. Do you any pills that help not to feel hunger or decrease insulin?

I've been looking into that myself honestly. What I'm taking now is a Dihydroberberine supplement. Berberine is a naturally occurring product from a plant--and Dihydroberberine is the more efficient form of Berberine (faster absorption in the body). It helps regulate blood sugar. As for the hunger, I feel ya! I try to eat a good amount of protein like nuts or eggs, your body will feel full longer--insulin won't spike as high. I also drink lots of water to "feel full", which works for me atm. I've been looking into a natural substance that decreases appetite: Gymnema sylvestre. Been wanting to try it out myself, the cravings are sometimes hard to fight. ^^
