Any suggestions on how to relieve nausea naturally

Depends where it came from? I get nauseous during a vertigo episode.. it gives me a headache and effects my whole nervous system.. I rub CBD cream around my neck, shoulders, upper back area.. take an Aleve and drink about 24 oz of lemon water.. some ginger tea.. and lye down with a heating pad.. once I feel better, I do some push-ups to warm my muscles up for some full body stretches and voila.. gone.

now, I hate to take medicine unless it’s natural, but once I’m a blue moon, this happens so I have it for emergencies. As long as I keep doing my stretches and workouts, I have no issues.. I think it happens if I pull a muscle because my work is very physical.. that and a combination of stress..

Chew on a slice of pickle or drink 1-2 tablespoons of the brine.


Pickle brine is famous for settling the stomach.


Peppermint is also known to calm the stomach acids.
