I'm a girl who has struggled with having an insanely fast metabolism my entire life. It's made me underweight for the majority of my life. I've always been bullied over it and extremely insecure about it. I would do anything to be able to gain weight easier and put on more muscle mass. But even if I go to the gym, none of that will matter if I'm not consuming the proper calories, fats, proteins, carbs, etc. I need practically twice the calories to gain weight that a normal person does and it's extremely exhausting. Countless times I've tried to force myself to eat more (which is the traditional advice from people and doctors unfortunately), and it backfired on me. I'd either get a head spinning stomach ache or throw up involuntarily because I was pushing myself too hard. Trying to eat several smaller meals a day didn't work either.
The one and only thing that I found that has helped me with weight gain is appetite stimulants. The one I bought off Amazon once and that actually helped isn't on the market anymore. The other ones I tried buying did not work and they were not effective. When I started smoking weed, it jump started my appetite just barely enough to keep me at a normal weight, but I obviously cannot be smoking weed all day everyday because I have things I need to get done during the day and it requires me to drive. I've been told that prescription appetite stimulants are stronger and they've helped people. I've been going to countless doctors about this issue I'm having. Sometimes my appetite will be non existent when I'm struggling hard with my mental health. Sometimes it'll shoot back up temporarily. I just want a steady and healthy appetite. Doctors won't listen to me, won't prescribe me anything, and keep encouraging me to try methods that I've already tried and have failed. I really want to gain weight. If anyone can find anything effective, it would be appreciated.

Adding muscle mass is the best thing for you to gain weight and look healthy. Beside working out (go for muscle mass, not cardio) take five protein meals in a day (natural or artificial) to help build muscle mass. But since you burn a lot and will be low fat, be prepared to accept that you will have very visible and toned muscles.

Isn't Marijuana notorious for giving people the munchies? It's legal in many states, now..
Anyway, thin girls are hit so maybe make sure the people ridiculing you aren't just being jealous, first.
