Do you hate it, when someone assumes you follow a healthy diet and lifestyle because you are skinny?

Anonymous
Someone today asked me, if I work out and eat always healthy, because I remain skinny. Why people are so simple-minded?

I absolutely hate fitness world and don’t work out at all, and I hate the healthy diets with all my heart, so I take it as an insult.

Just because I’m skinny it doesn’t mean I’m a health-freak. I hardly consume any “fresh” food, and I drink 500-750 ml of soda/energy drinks per day on average, and consume alcohol thrice per week or so.

And I’m not the only person who does this. My cousin is thin as a stick too, but he doesn’t follow a healthy lifestyle as well. He smokes 15-20 cigarettes per day, drinks energy drinks and consumes alcohol often.

We are 24-25 and 22-23 respectively, by the way. Not teens.

So why many automatically think skinny = health-freak?
