Hi, all. So, I stepped on the scale last night and I was so upset to see that I was 150 pounds. I'm only 5'3 and I used to be in the 130 range, so this was very upsetting. I carry a lot of weight in my boobs (I'm a triple D) and also in my butt and thighs. I'm also not very fond of my stomach, so I would really like to slim down significantly in all these areas. I started being active again and I do interval training at the gym but I would like to know what else I could do and what to eat. I love food and I get so discouraged when all I eat is healthy food. It makes me want to just throw in the towel. I would love to lose this weight within a span of 2-3 months, so I mean business. Any advice would be great. Thanks!
