How do I make this migraine go away?

I haven't had a migraine for months it started this morning but has gradually gotten worse. I feel like my head is being split in half by an ax. I can't sit here with a bag of frozen spinach on the side of my head forever.

Try acupressure. There's a kind of meaty spot on your hand in the triangle area between your pointer finger and thumb (Left hand) Press it relatively firm and rub it in circles. Try slowly rubbing your temples counter clockwise and lay in a cool dark room. You can try putting cucumbers or a cold cloth on the back of your neck. If warm feels better try that instead.

I have chronic headaches and migraines and when I get one I normally just take some pain meds, drink a soda for caffeine, and lay down in a completely dark room with an icepack on my head and on the back of my neck

My sister gets migraines so bad that will last for weeks,
She's been hospitalized 3 times for migraines,

See your doctor or check about massages. Maybe there are some yoga poses to help with that. Try to go the less medicinal route

take any migraine pill, and make your surroundings dark and not bright in light. and sleep as much as you can
