Have you had thyroid tests? Have you had b12 supplements from the Doctors? You could be unable to absorb it and therefore like me need life long injections or have anaemia. You could have thyroid issues and would need a full blood test basically from your GP. Or could be depression? I feel exactly the same and do exactly the same as yourself and am always tired it is a never ending battle. But I'd start with full blood tests at GP and take it from There xxx

Ask for a blood check. Maybe you miss some elements (or too much from some). Maybe stop with vitamins and supplements for some time and certainly with energy drinks. Just stick to healthy eating. What is your "diet" composed off?
Don't use energy drinks. They simply cause spikes in blood sugar levels and then huge drops, which is why you feel tired. Forget coffee, too. It does the same thing.
Try and increase your fibre intake. Wholewheat pasta, bread etc. These iron out those peaks and troughs in blood sugar. Also make sure you are getting enough fats, of the right type. A totally fat free diet will cause tiredness and a complete lack of energy.
