In Tunisia (and other Arab countries) we have this next to every single toilet. We think that it's gross to only use toilet paper. And we use it every single time.

We are required to to WASH anyway EVERY TIME after peeing or pooping... not in the shower but at "the spot".

In any case, the thought of cleaning poop in the shower or in the tub is disgusting.
