Yes, when I was in my late teens, I used to eat fast food all the time. I remember eating a Big Mac supersize meal for lunch and dinner two days straight and I became ill.

After that incident, I stopped eating fast food on a regular basis. Do I still eat it? Yeah, once in a blue moon, but I don't have it all the time like I used to.

I haven't ever actually gotten sick from eating too much. However, I've eaten enough to feel really gross afterwards. That's bad enough in and of itself, but I hope you feel better by now.

One time I ate so much peanut butter that I threw it all up. It smelled like peanut butter. I haven't eaten any peanut butter since then.
