I used to eat junk food daily. Now, I take it only on Sundays. How?
●Start going to gym. When you'll work out, you'll realise how hard it is to lost fat and maintain a fit body. You'll get diverted towards healthier food.
●If you started doing exercises, you'll crave more food and eating healthy will make you feel better. You'll likely to eat healthier food instead of junk food because of the strength and power it gives.
●Make reward system. Setup targets. Tell yourself that I'll eat this only if I did that (a healthy task). It's okay to eat junk food once a week.
●Use the saved money somewhere else. You'll likely to develop a new healthier addiction.
●Torture your body for 2-3 months by slowly reducing the sugar and fried products (or going cold turkey). You'll realise that your taste has been changed. It really works.
Good luck :)

I watch videos on the internet of the shit it does to your body. Its enough for me not to ever buy fast food ever again.
Don't keep junk food in the house or at your desk/toolbox at work. Keep healthy alternatives on hand. Don't deprive yourself when you really really really want a particular thing but set it up so that if you DO want something you have to want it badly enough to get off your ass and go to the store to get it. Most of the time you'll realize you don't want it that bad and will settle for one of the healthy alternatives you've got on hand.
I don't buy it and eat sweet fruits when I want sweet stuff brb eating a mango right now.
