I have tennis elbow and I'm buying a brace tomorrow. What else can I do to ease the pain?

Deep transverse friction massage followed by ice cooling. Its painful, but it really helps. If you don't know how to do it, ask a physician or a trainer with a degree to show you.

Heat treatment works well. The only other thing that helps is taking a steroid to minimize the inflammation. I had tennis elbow in HS, and it took a long time to go away.

Why are you always so sore? Are you in the army?

Heat pack? Or release on the exercise. Stretch maybe?

  Lol I work at a coffee place with some heavy duty pumps that I pump up to 2000 times or more everyday with the same elbow. 😂 (Don't tell me to switch arms, I already tried and that's worse. Pain is better than the mess that my right arm pumping creates)
