Odds are everyone you love who is older than you will die before you do, and you know one day it will happen sooner or later, and then it makes life even more depressing, and for a lot of people you don't accomplish what you want to, and then when you die usually few people care or even remember you. :(

This is how it is. I like and support Satre's idea the most that life itself has no meaning also as death. There is nothing to cry about. Also I liked Camus while studed about him in school.

Existentialism philosophers try to answer existence, even 20th century literature emraced existentialism (I bet you've heared about it in school). I think you can find some ideas/literature of most respected phylosophers and maybe some existence ideas would make you feel better.

Yes. That's why I become a therapist. I always tell people "Trust me, you're better off dead" but they never listen. A good therapist doesn't tell them, a good therapist shows them.
