Trending & News Worry, yes. Think about, no. It is coming for all of us. Any day can be your final one. Learn to appreciate the days you have, the beauty of the world, and thank God for it. If you donβt believe then yeah, it can be bleak.
Today is March 14th. You will get on average 78 of them in your life. Even an ordinary day is special in its own way. And only 78 Christmases. Some only get 8 though. Some 33 or 42. These are the ages of people I know that left this world. Enjoy your days, even the sleepy ones.
In what sense?
To have crippling anxiety about it? Yes, because sooner or later, death will come for all of us. Best to make peace with that.
To have a healthy and holy respect, fear for, and reverence? And to allow it to guide you in your moral formation? Not. At. All!
Yes and no.
Yes because it's inevitable but
No because you can find ways to prevent it from happening early like being a good driver, taking great care of your health, and reducing your stress or getting rid of stressful people in your life. If you live a long healthy life, then death will not be such a worry.
Worrying about it in the sense of practicing healthy habits to prolong your life isn't pointless. Worrying about random things beyond your control is.

To worry about yes. To plan for and against is not pointless though. You should strive to live a long happy life in a way plans for what happens after you die for those that come after you.
No, I had an uncle that aways said that fate favors the one who digs the deepest foxhole. The world is a dangerous place there are a lot of things that can get you killed. Having a healthy respect for them will keep you alive.
It's not pointless to be aware of danger. If fear of death keeps you from crossing the railway line when a train is approaching then it's healthy for you.
We all die, we all have died, and we all will die.
It is an inevitable process, which we cannot fight.
It has a point it can lead to repent and change of directions
Everyday, without fail, one should think of death.
No need to worry. it's coming whether you like it or not.
Nobody knows when you will die. What really matters is how you live your life cause death is guaranteed.
That's why they used skulls β οΈπ so prominently in Final Destination branding - the latest one not so much - "death is forever, not diamonds" lol ππ a parody of Bond
Yes indeed 👍😛
And personally I have my beliefs
Just like anyone else has none or had their own coping mechanisms 😈
That song by Vera from the 50s (not the British crime show π«) always makes me think hopefully of some sun shiny day πΆπ΅π₯²
It is going to happen, best to prepare for it, but not dwell on it
And many industries rely on it for an income / a job - be it funeral parlours, be it insurers, lawyers, others - death as a industry must not be very profitable yet is still an employed workforce
Yes. It WILL happen so no use worrying about it. We all wonder about it though
Itβs pointless to worry about anything.
