Girl, listen, yes, it's healthy to want to lose weight and stay fit, but you can't be unreasonable and over dramatic about it. Lots of teenagers are like this becuase they have no proper education about dieting and exercising. If you starve yourself, your body is not going to react well. It will go after your muscles, and you need muscles to BURN calories. That's why they say toning them will help boost your metabolism.

Make an account. Input your age, height, etc and it will calculate for you how much you should eat a day. Also EXERCISE. It's important that your body moves. Plus when you exercise, it still burns calories even after the exercise. A little supplemental pill is not going to give you everything the body needs.
I'm not sure if you're this way becuase you want to look good, but you should also worry about what's going on INSIDE your body, because what happens inside will also dictate how you look.

NOO!! Please stop doing that. It doesn't matter if your parents have bad cooking, you don't like food, or they don't buy you any food. You cannot survive on pills. You need calories. You need vitamins, carbs, fats, sugar, protein... Probably more that I missed. Not getting those things will drastically harm you, especially in the long run.
You may feel fine now, dear, but you will feel like HELL later on if this continues. You won't be able to concentrate at all, causing you to fall behind in school. You can't get your work done and you can't function normally in society. Eating is a necessity. Without it, different parts of your body will shut down one by one. Your brain is one of the first things to be affected, along with your weight. You'll feel very tired and incapable of doing anything, and your mood will change drastically. Have you ever spoken to someone that starves themselves? They can get ANGRY and irritable. My sister is a recovered anorexic and continues to be bulimic, so I would know how miserable she gets...

Thos pills are designed to help you lose weight, not replace food. Eating trash is better than not eating and taking pills. Infant your parents should confiscate those pills and give your ass a spanking for taking them. Its so dangerous at your age.
Your body needs calories and fiber. If you do this for prolonged periods of time (or even intermittently), you will most likely end up in the hospital.
Can you ask your parents to start preparing healthier meals?

What you're doing is incredibly unhealthy. You're suffering from an eating disorder and worst part is you probably don't even acknowledge it. This is not the correct way to do it.
You should eat and work out if you feel the need to lose weight.
If you keep doing what you're doing, odds are you will regret in the future.You know that isn't healthy. Supplement pills aren't to supplement for food it's to supplement minerals and vitamins that your body otherwise struggles to intake. Ask your parents if they would try cooking something more healthier, plan a weeks worth of food for your family. If not it's healttlhier for you to eat what they're cooking rather than doing that, it's just a fast train to anorexia town and it's a loooooooong journey back from there.
If this serious? Of course is not healthy, you need protein and fats and carbs in you diet, you need vitamins, some of which can only be found in veggies, you need essential amino acids, dear god, eat, if you dont like what your parents cook, buy food somewhere else, but eat.
Replacing meals with supplements is never good for you. You don't even get the right nutrients in supplements as you would with food. Water is gone, you need water, but you just can't substitute solid foods for supplements. Learn how to cook
Yeah it is definitely not healthy to do so. Eat something! Banana + Peanut butter, make a sandwich if you have no other options. You will destroy your body with pills and they won't have enough calories.

Dude it will cause some issues eventually like your not using your teeth and that will cause issues. Your not eating what you should be eating. That will cause issue you remind me of a documentary where this little girl when she put food in her mouth she hold it in for hours. Refuse to eat it and that caused issues in her family. Personally I think there some physiological issues with you and you need to get that dealt with.

Why not cook yourself? By healthy things and cook for your family so you can "educate" them. Supplements can never replace full meals for a longer period. And certainly not pills. They don't contain a whole meal.
