-worked out for about two hours in different levels of intensity for mostly running
-waited about two hours and suddenly a headache came on and we went to eat
ate pizza
-walked around and my stomach started to bloat and hurt to the point I had to sit or bend over
-An hour later the headache turned into a migraine and right below my ribs (not under) got hard. I drank a pumpkin spice latte
-i couldn't eat my dinner because I felt so full even tho I wasn't (we got home and my belly was literally protruding... It was bad)
-slept roughly that translated to my dreams and woke up with below my ribs still feeling hard.
-I still feel like I'm so full I can't eat anything
