Diagnosed chlymadia?

My boyfriend recently diagnosed with chlymadia, and I'm clean from that. But he believe it was from the past people he done it with before we got together. He only needed to take 1 dose and I heard it goes away within a week and avoid sex for a week. But what if we have unprotected sex once it's gone passed that week, would he still be reinfected from someone that doesn't have it? Like can it come back

Im p sure that's not the way Chlamydia works. You need to go get yourself checked and make sure he didn't give it to you. His doctor should have given him specific instructions about when he could have sex again.

It cannot come back if it's cured. However, I don't think it's a "one dose" type of treatment. You should ask your Dr. about it though, instead of asking online. And also I would wait for longer than just a week.

Well he told me his doctor said just 1 dose or else they would have told him to come back for another treatment.

It IS a single treatment. I stand corrected.

If you're okay with potentially contracting it from him... then yes, sleep with him after the week or so. Otherwise wait a few months and make him get retested.

But if he was clear from it he can't get it back from unprotected sex with someone that doesn't have it right?

Correct. It's not like herpes which is never cured and you can get flare-ups. Once it's gone it's gone (unless he contracts it again).
