Is my UTI gonna get worse if I don't shower even though I'm on antibiotics?

So I'm on antibiotics for a UTI since Saturday night, now it's Monday night, and I feel too tired and worn out to shower. I don't know if I can shower tonight. I take antibiotics for my infection 4 times a day. Is my infection gonna get worse if I don't shower TONIGHT? Do I really have to push myself to shower TONIGHT or can it wait? I last showered yesterday. Please and thank you (and please no mean comments or anything. I'm just super duper tired and depressed).

You should be washing your vagina everyday tbh but if you're too lazy to shower or even take a bath then get some baby wipes. I use those for everything.

I don't think it has anything to do with showering. You might want to still keep your girl parts clean thought even if you don't shower.

Just wash your parts in the shower. Squat in the the shower and keep the shower head there

Just use a wipe? Wash there, with a rag.
Just in case. UTIs can be nasty
