they both work in pretty much the same way by removing body oil that traps bacteria and anyway having a bit of dirt on your hand can help you fight diseases better. A small amount of dirt on your hand can greatly improve your immune system.

As long as you are washing your hand that is all that counts. As for body wash your hands are a part of your body so using body wash on your hands is ok.

The cheap body wash you get at Walmart like suave, is in a big container and costs less than 4 of those little pump soaps.
