It was ok. I woke up 5am, had a shower and got ready for work. I had a cup of coffee and buttered toast for breakfast. Went to work had a chicken salad roll with mayo and a bottle of water when I had my lunch break. Finished work, went to do some grocery shopping, came home, had a cup of coffee cooked up duck with Chinese broccoli stir fry and rice. Did some cleaning, had a shower, brushed my teeth and now I'm on Gag in bed
I went to a doctors appointment early on. Then I went grocery shopping and then worked. I had cashews, carrots and an apple on the way to the doctors. Then I had strawberries, blueberries, carrots, chicken and 1/2 an avocado before work. I work I had a spring mix salad with chicken and a red bell pepper, grapes and a apple cinnamon muffin. My day was good. I just only slept about 4 hours.
My day hasn't really ended it's afternoon here. But yesterday I was at work then I went home and completely forgot what I ate lol
