I fainted and hurt myself pretty bad?

So long story short: I got up from my bed got dizzy and woke up on the floor with the back of my head bleeding a bit. And according to my little sister, I fell out of no where and hit my head on the corner of a table. And I was on the floor unconscious for about 1 min.

Should I go to the doctor? (Although my parents were about to call 911 but they ended up treating me themselves)

Definitely go check it out, because fainting like that out of the blue isn't normal.

well there was a time when i used to eat nothing adn when i wake up from sleeping im always feeling dizziness.

Well I eat a lot (keep in mind I lift weights) and I honestly don't think it's the problem. It might have been the heat because it was really hot in the room I was in

then its possible that your exercising too much and not eating properly, because you have to keep this in mind, if you exercise too much then you have to eat too much

For a head injury I think you should go top to the doctor to make sure you didn't damage your head inside.
