Don't focus on weight, rather focus on body fat percentage. I'm 5'4 and my BF% is 23% while according to my BMI I'm obese. The reason for this is 1) I'm into weightlifting and muscles are more dense than fat and 2) I have a big build (not an excuse for having high fat levels but rather a reason for weighing more). Weight isn't a clear indication of health - rather focus on sugar level, cholesterol levels, BF% and such. Do you feel comfortable in your own skin? At the end of the day that's the most important thing.

Depends on your ethnicity and body fat percentage. I would say once you start reaching 145, you need to start watching it. But weight is subjective and just a number. Body fat % that is accurately measure with a machine is better than the BMI scale or the actual number on a bathroom scale.

Go by what makes you feel healthy. At 5'2, 110/115 should be good for a female. But nothing below 90 pounds. That would be unhealthy.

There isn't a specific weight that fits everyone's body type. But if you want a range based off of BMI, a healthy weight for 5'2" ranges from 101-136

well, if we take the BMI as base then I'd say something around a BMI of 20... BMI 19-21 would be 47-52kg (104-115lbs)

Your ideal weight is between 120 and 125 lbs, but it should have a healthy fat content also.

Google a BMI calculator. They aren't 100% accurate but close enough.

Don't follow the BMI, it's bullshit. But 120 maybe 115? I'm 5'3 and before I became overweight I was 119.

I weigh 170 and according to my doctor, I only need to lose 20lbs and that's if I want to. He said I'm at a perfect health but if I wanted a lower body fat %, losing 20 pounds should do it. Did you ask your doctor what you should weigh? I did a lot of sports like soccer and volleyball and I did marching band and I work out a lot so some of my weight is muscle mass. Do you go to the gym at all?

@Elarra oh okay, that explains it. Muscles weigh a lot. Hah as I'm writing this I came out of the gym. I'm there 7 days a week. I have a goal to set and I won't stop until I've succeeded. I lift weights, do deadlifts, squats, free weights, etc. gym is my best friend.

That solely depends on your bodytype. There is no absolute perfect weight per bodyheight.
