My goal is 79 lbs.(35 kg)
So what do you think is the ideal weight for me?
What? 35 kgs is super underweight and unhealthy
For 5'0 you need to be around 60-70 to be in healthy range
You can actually look up the BMI index in Google.. even 50Kg is underweight for 5'0
Also if you just Google " Ideal weight for 5'0 female" it shows 90-110 Lbs
Well it would also be influenced by your fitness goals, but 35Kg is still really unhealthy...
I mean I used to be 38 kg
That entirely depends on how you carry your weight, as not everyone is the same in that regard, but also how you lose weight (how much muscle you have + diet)
Anyway, I'd say 90 - 140 depending on the factors I said before. Hell, you could be heavier and it could be fine depending on that too. No matter what weight you end up at - you should just be exercising and eating healthy. It doesn't need to be perfect, but it'll make a huge impact in how you function.
I'm 1m57 and I was always underweight (40kg) now I'm working out and weigh 45 kg which is far more healthy for me and my body looks better than ever before. I'm still trying to gain weight. The goal is to be healthy.. as someone who's on the more petite side bmi could be misleading.. but I feel like you should weigh at least 42 kg for your height and age.
at 17 i had a 15 bmi and it's unhealthy as shit. im almost a foot taller so I don't know if it's different for me, but my hair was thinning, knees/chest hurt, got sick easier, and just lacked energy. it wasn't as bad at 14, but it sucked
ik you want to look skinny but please focus on how you feel instead so like your health. just consider it

For a female honestly 120-150 it all depend on how big your ass and boobs are also since from what I heard both can weigh a lot
If you want to be healthy, I suggest asking a professional. You’ll get more answers.
More than 79lbs
80lbs at least
Anything under like 95-100 is unhealthy
