According to the studies that I've come across, protein supplements are essentially all the same in terms of muscle growth. The body consumes protein and creates muscle out of it, so where the protein comes from or what type of protein it is, doesn't really matter. The only thing that should be concerning for you is the fact that supplements like these are not regulated by the FDA, meaning that there could be potentially dangerous ingredients in the protein supplement and you don't really have a way of knowing, since they don't even have to legally provide their entire list of ingredients. Safety-wise, I think it's best to stick to a plant based protein, just because they are generally safer and more natural. Whey protein is honestly the most unhealthy, not only because of the lack of regulation in the supplement industry, but because of the fact that it contain casein, casomorphins, and raises your IGF-1 levels, all of which are harmful to your health and could potentially be cancerous. Sunwarrior, Vega, or Garden of Life are protein brands I'd recommend.
Mario that's not how you should have your protein 👊🍆💦👅😂😂😂😂
Whoops ๐๐๐ฆ๐ ๐ช๐๐๐
I can't I don't have a ๐
Hahaha I never said I wasn't dirty.
Yes I always meant that๐ you're not that flexible? Hmm ask logesh to give you a hand or two with that.๐๐๐ he's my husband now so we can share.๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
Nah our marriage is open.
Lol thanks
Best for protein? So let's say you go buy the Walmart brand. It says that it has 30 grams of protien per scoop. Your body will only get so many grams maybe about 17g. Because in order to make its only $17.99 they have to by passing the testing that like BPI or MusclePharm does.
I am not a fan of Muscle Milk. More of a meal replacement shake.
Muscle milk is good for beginners I would think. You could also get some casin protein powder as well. It digests slower so it's heaps your muscles better when you are sleeping and stuff.
Yea it's a must. You need both. Because your muscles grow in your sleep.
Yea sure just be careful this is meant to be a dietary supplement. I've read somewhere that it is hard on your kidneys and liver to eat to much protein. And you should try to get your protein from meat when possible. Some examples are sugar free Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, chicken, steak, fish etc. Just something to keep in mind..

Muscle Milk, @Mario21.
I had Dated a Guy who Took this and Swore by it.
Good Luck, Healthy one. xx
I like MRM which I order on bodybuilding. com. It only has 1g of sugar per 20g protein.
I used to use that of musclepharm but gold standard is good too. Some say its the best.
It's hilarious that millions of bros around the world drink "muscle milk".
Your best source of protein is natural foods. Cheese, meats, etc...
Unfortunately they all suck the ones you have listed the best source of protein is mixed animal organs but they no longer carry that on the market so your best bet is to buy nitro tech hardcore
Combat is so good, but i recommend to you to not use powders
Go for Max's Protein supplements. They're really good.
i use the second one... get the vanilla flavor, its the best one.. the other ones taste like shit
Real food is always the better option. Bodybuilders are not made off supplements, they are made off of real healthy wholesome food.
I drink protein powder too
Whey
I don't use these much.. but yeah Whey is good.
optimum nutrition is good.
