I have a dream about I have loss some weight but am already slim could that meaning I loss some weight?

Probably means that your shedding off part of your old life and beginning to adapt to something new. Its like the scripture about putting new wine in old wine skin. If you add new wine to the old skin, it will break. But new skin with new wine will not. Transitioning to a new stage in your life, more like it. Not that you will actually loss weight.

Meaning your at a point in your life where you want and need a change. But you can't if you continue to hold on to the insecurities of the past. So you have to let go and mature into the woman you need to become.

No. Not to become a boy. But to properly let go of what problems you feel you need to hold on to. Whatever it may be that you have a hard time letting go, because you made it a part of your life. And your trying to become a better woman. But your afraid of something. Your 22 years old, but your not allowing yourself to grow up.

Its definitely insecurities. You feel that if you were slimmer then you would get a guy. And your dreams is reflecting on that. But you don't have to lose weight for somebody. You just need to change your way of thinking and shed the old skin. Which is you feeling this way.

Sometimes dreams mean nothing, and sometimes it means something. I believe that you have some kind of expectations about something from your past that you couldn't get over. So even though you eventually had to learn to accept it, it came back again. But you are growing up still. And there is room for maturity for every one of us. Nobody ever stops growing or just become an adult just like that. So take this time to figure out what it is about yourself that you might need to change, fears, etc.

I've been having dreams like that lately, and I checked, and I had last 3 pounds- so maybe you are losing weight. It has me kind of freaked out honestly

It means that you are insecure about your body. Even if you lose weight temporarily , you fear that you will gain weight in the future , and that your boyfriend will break relationship with you because of that. Due to your above fear you have to find a boyfriend who could accept you even if you gain a few pounds later on.
