I had a really weird dream, what does this mean?

So, I had a dream about an ex-girlfriend I had years ago. It was like I went back in time to the twelfth grade when it was one of the last times, I saw her before graduation. So, I remember me being in the dream, but it was like it wasn't me but someone else. I remember seeing me walking with someone in my old high school smiling. I then heard a voice, like it was inside my head saying, "He got some pretty eyes". The thing about this is, is that this happened before back in Highschool. That very scene of me walking with someone as we passed each other. I'm not sure if I saw myself while being myself or I played as someone else viewing me. Either way, like a normal human, I looked it up and it results came up as dreaming of a doppelganger. I saw the google results... and I am terrified. Comments?
