Why would I get this bizarre dream and what could it mean?

I had a dream where God was saying I needed to stay close to Him because if I was not close to God, my intuition would not be strong enough to warn me when an evil man tries to talk to me and I would not detect their cruelty early enough to avoid being socially or physically attacked by them.

God is somewhat of a tyrant. I was a Christian for years but I have concluded this after decades of thought, reflection, study.

Let's take a look at why. God demdsnds obedience to him. You must adhere to his ideology and worship him. You must do this exactly right and you can't do it by your own works but must do so by faith alone. And you must get this exactly right and if you don't or you're wrong even to a small degree, you're out of the club. But this isn't going to get you to heaven. Or rather this isn't what condemns you to hell. What condemns you to hell is that you were born into sin of which you had no choice of being born in the first place. But you are born into sin because of what somebody did that came before you. And you are destined to sin no matter how much you try not to. If any human being laid out these terms on their people they would be considered a worse dictator than any one in history. Hitler would look like a picnic in the book of fascists compared to this tyrant.

Now what does the theist say to this? They assure you that this is different for God, because it's God and not a man and that everything makes sense, we just can't understand it. Well we only have the logic and reason available to us to work these things out. So that's what we must use. So we have a moral imperative to rebel against God. To do any other any other thing would be wrong or evil.

And Jennifer Bloom, I defended you in the past under another profile. Not once did you show me any gratitude or any sense of camaraderie. So you have added to my decision to rebel against God or discontinue my allegiance. When you can't even find support from fellow Christians online what's the point of continuing to believe?
