3-5 times a day. 3 if I just have 3 meals but if I have something sugary like OJ or coffee then ill brush after that too. I got too many cavaties from brushing only twice a day. But I drank a lot of soda and energy drinks so I guess thats why. I was always sipping on sugar throughout the day. So i quit soda. Still need like 6 fillings and 1 crown. :( and my teeth are borderline yellow. Still white but just barely. I need dentist work bad but im broke.

Twice a day and I rinse with Listerine each time. I also floss every night before brushing and rinsing.

Two, plus an extra time in the event of any special social activity. E. g. Before a date or social gathering I'll give them a quick brush too.

Definitely morning and night. And at least once in the afternoon. Also once after breakfast if I have had too much of sticky stuff.
