Best bet is to prevent it in the first place by staying hydrated throughout the night. When I used to drink a lot I'd drink Vodka soda with a splash of juic3, which cuts way down on the sugar plus means you're drinking water with every drink. Alternatively, order a water with each beer or highball. Eat a good starchy meal before drinking and have a starchy snack before bed.

When you do wake up hungover, make sure you down a fuck tonne of water first off... preferably before even getting out of bed. I used to put a jug or water beside my nightstand and a glass so I could wake up, guzzle three or four glasses of water, and go back to sleep for an hour or so.

Anyways, drink a bunch of water when you get up and then when you feel up to it, go get some sprite and some bacon, eggs and toast. Or a breakfast sandwich. A little while later eat some fresh fruit. Watermelon is the best. Not anything too acidic - so stay away from citrus fruits and pineapple. You want melons, apples, pears, berries... nice juicy sweet fruits. They'll replenish your electrolytes and hydrate you as well, without all the added sugar in sports drinks. The last thing you need is added sugar.

I always heard that greasy food helps. But I think the most effective treatment is lots of water. Your body is dehydrated and that is part of the reason you feel so crappy. Give your body a chance to rehydrate and you will start feeling better sooner.

I've yet to have a hangover, because while I am drinking I make sure to stay hydrated. I think that is the key. If you are dehydrated going in, it's only going to be worse.

Like one gril said, lol, I never been hangover either, I guess is when you know to drink with some moderation, moderation as always a better taste :).

As any other people said, you may go on a lot of water, or the flatted sprite liquor.

Some hot tea with a strong savour

I heard about asparagus, but i'm not sure.

    For the more healthy option

Now The less healthy option are like people said with greasy food,

Sport drink, so a lot of sugar and caffeine, i guess.

and the less good but probably the fastest is coffee and asperine in the same hour. lol

Have sex if it makes you feel good. But this is not for everybody. So , they can drink plenty of water or coconut juice. They can take electrolytes. Even multivitamins help you to feel good. Pain medicines give immediate relief.----But is is better to prevent hang overs by preventing or moderating your use of alcoholic drinks. Prevention is better than cure.

Hahah hmm I guess it's also because it's a form of exercise. And exercise helps metabolise and get alcohol out of your system quicker.

Exercise also has benefits , but you can even do exercise without having sex. Sleep could make you feel relaxed too. And talking to friends and sharing your emotions and feelings cannot be neglected either. In short being happy and remaining happy is also like a pain killer. So try to remain happy with a positive attitude.

Eat before or while you drinking. Something fat is possible. Pizza or whatever. It's because our body absorbing alcohol through intestines and if your stomach is full, it takes much longer to get alcohol absorbed and in effect. Effect of alcohol also isn't so much strong. Fatty foods in particular stick to the stomach lining longer, slowing down the absorption of alcohol into the bloodstream.

3 options.. Drink plenty of water and turn up the heat to sweat it out. Greasy foods! Deep fried chicken fingers or shrimp poppers help the best in my experience. Start drinking again lol

Treating is pretty hard. It's a matter of waiting and staying hydrated.

Prevention is far easier. Eat food, drink water, and my best tip is to take vitamin supplements. I've never gotten a hangover if I took vitamins before and/or while drinking, and I get furious hangovers. My first hangover lasted 2 days.

I usually drink a bunch of water and wait that's it. :P I don't think there's much you can really do tbh. Stay hydrated that's it. Also throw up if you have to that helps. ^^ Last time I got drunk I drnk too much and I woke up and had to throw up for more than a hour :(. But I usually recover quickly. I feel better after like 1-2 hours.

    By not drinking alcohol :p

Curing a hangover is way harder than preventing it. Next time, drink a glass of water with every glass of alcohol you consume, alternating them. If you only start drinking water by the end of the night it's already too late.

For in the morning: more water, some painkillers and a healthy breakfast with not too much fat.
