Once I learned this about 32-34 years ago, I've never had a hangover.
The reason you are hungover is that your liver needs water and B vitamins to oxidize the poison (alcohol is a poison) in your body.
So, before you go to bed drunk, do this:
Drink about 1 liter of water. Yes, you will likely have to piss once or twice during the night.
With that water, take 1 or 2 B Super Complex vitamins. (*)
With that water and all those B vitamins, the liver should be good to go to oxidize all that alcohol.
Many people like to eat for their hangover and that's good too because B vitamins are in most foods like cereals or other plants. But, again, you need the water and the B vitamins. Your smoothie sounds like a reasonable way to go.
I know with my way, I've not had a hangover since I was a little older than you.

Since the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not regulate supplements, for all you know, what you are buying is 100% bullshit. So, the USP - which is NOT a government agency - steps in. THEY test supplements and if the supplement actually has in it what it says is in it, the USP gives them their seal of approval. The majority of NatureMade's products carry the USP label. Wow, you look really hung! The best thing, if you can get it, is oxygen! If you know anyone who uses an oxygen machine, a 50/50 mix will set you right as rain in a few minutes. Your smoothie feels good because it's easy on the stomach and replaces the carbs your brain needs for fuel. Adding your hemp is like taking the "hair of the dog" that eases withdrawal by soothing those brain receptors! Putting a 1/2 to a full shot of whatever you were drinking would do the same. Have fun! :)
Frankly, if I'm very drunk, a warm and flavorfully light soup that I'll drink before going to bed prepares me better for a hangover. It partially reduces the dizziness for me. This way, I don't have to struggle with headaches when I wake up in the morning.
A remedy usually doesn't entail purposely showing off boobs.
About as bad as that one woman on here who claims she has body dysmorphia when she CLEARLY doesn't.

Grease and a gallon of water will get you back to the point where you can indulge in the hair of the dog.
Then at that point you promise you'll never do that again!
If that helps you then why not , I like to drink on the weekends myself mainly craft beer , sometimes shots but primarily I am a craft beer drinker and honestly what helps me from waking up hungover, is drinking a glass of water after I drink like 2 or 3 beers to keep myself hydrated , Alcohol dehydrates our bodies so it’s best to drink water in between , by doing that I no longer wake up feeling like crap. Next time you drink try that , I guarantee you will see a difference
u It's been decades since I drank too much, but. . . when you get home, take 800 mg of ibuprofen. Force yourself to drink as much water as possible. When you wake up to pee, force yourself to drink more water.

Drink pickled cucumbers marinade or eat sauerkraut or drink kefir or drink salty tomato juice.
Mine is…. To not drink in the first place.. it’s feels so good to not have to feel like shit the next day. I use to do that. But I quit drinking and my mornings and days feel so much better
Mines to know my limits and keep within it. That way I don't miss the entire next day.
I drink a half to a full liter of water after drinking before I go to bed. I haven’t had a hangover for 20 years +.

Orange juice and Advil. Then try to eat something like bacon and eggs.
I don't drink so much that I get drunk. I set a limit and don't go past that limit.
