Have you ever seriously injured? And how it happened

I fell with my bicycle while trying to climb a hill with it. I slipped on the red sand and was not able to take control of the momentum and it was dry season so you know the red sand! Granular and all rolling! shoulders and hand's dislocated bones! And some major cuts! was in bed for 3 weeks ! And 3 months later! I rode that to the top!

Motorcycle accident. 3 ribs busted, shatered right foot, concussion and I wasn't wearing gloves while body surfing on tarmac.

My hands had practically no skin left and the appointments to clean them afterwards was the worse.

yeah, it was like 4 years ago that ı fell from the stairs. And ı broke my tailbone and have herniated dics. I couldnt able to walk for months and had really bad days. Even ı had physical theraphy ıt took so long to get well.- a year. And since then ı have a crick on my back once in a year which lasts very long
