I'm sorry for the stressful time, I know how hard it can be and I have been going through a tough time as well these past few weeks. Guess what though? Life moves one. Yes it sucks for now and you wish everything was a bit different, but it's not and the only way you're getting through this is by getting yourself through it. No one is going to make all your problems magically disappear, you have to fix them or accept them and move on. Better days will come and you'll look back at yourself and be proud at how you pulled through. Life moves on!
I make chain maile, write computer programs, take walks, go to the mall... whatever I can to distance myself from what's going on.
*softly* MotM, life isn't perfect. It's cruel and hard. It's never fair. But setting all of that aside, you have the power to be greater than all of that. You have the ability to tell life "I don't care what you give me, I'm better than you!"
It's attitude. Focus on what you have, not what you've lost, and you'll be just fine.
I usually cry myself to sleep.

Well first you need to always take a deep breaths and relax your muscles... then take action. If there is something you can do to remove the stress-or do it. If you are powerless then relax as much as you can and recognize its beyond your control. I like to meditate and workout when stressed. Perspective can be a powerful thing.
