What's ways that help you deal with your anxiety?

I have anxiety and what helps me is to stop caring what others think. And im sure you are thinking well how can I stop caring? Well lets say you are outside and its a lot of people around you. Dont focus on their facial expressions. Because lets just say their looking at you tense or with hatred in theie eyes. They will give you anxiety and make you feel uncomfortable. Dont focus on them. What i do is dont stand near them. Or look straight ahead. Its also good to wear headfones outside too sometimes to calm your nerves. You have to find an inner peace where noone can bother you.
